I was looking for a trainer who had the knowledge and expertise to help me develop my total
body strength, balance, and flexibility without causing me any major damage along the way! Not
only is Jason Baker all that, he has a wonderful sense of humor.
I like all the comments I get about being cut and I’m stronger for all my other activities. Being
in top condition protects me from getting hurt when I play tennis and mountain climb.
My only complaint is that I’m sure I’m up to 30 reps and he’s saying, “That’s 25…keep going.”
