Frequently Asked Questions:

1. How do I get started in this program?
To take advantage of the 5 minute check-ins with a coach from Fitness 805, please opt-in here. Once everybody has opted in, you will be sent a calendar invite to schedule your first check-in.
 
Classes begin on Tuesday, May 16th and will take place every Tuesday and Thursday at 12:00pm. The final workout date will be on Thursday, June 22nd.

2. What are these check-ins all about?
During this program, you will meet with a coach from Fitness 805 twice during the 6 week period. In this check-in, your coach will take your measurements and record your weight to track your progress at the workouts.

3. How long do I have to decide if I want to opt-in?
Please opt-in by end-of-day Wednesday, May 10th.

4 When and where are the classes?
Beginning Tuesday, May 16th, our schedule is:

Day: Tuesday
Time: 12:00pm – 12:45pm
Location: Trailhead to Ellwood Beach
ParkingClass Type: Cardio and Resistance Based Core and Bootcamp Style Workout

Day: Thursday
Time: 12:00pm – 12:45pm
Location: Trailhead to Ellwood Beach
ParkingClass Type: Cardio and Resistance Based Core and Bootcamp Style Workout




Once meeting at the cul-de-sac, Bryan Bell of Fitness 805 will lead you down the trail to your workout location.

5. Can I still attend the classes if I don’t opt-in to the check-ins?
Yes! We encourage all employees to attend all of the workouts.
