1. How do I get started in this program?
The opt-in period for the program is open until Wednesday, January 3rd at 4:00pm. Classes begin on Monday, January 8th and assessments begin on Tuesday, January 9th.
2. What’s this transformation all about?
During this program, you will not only create healthy lifestyle choices, but we guarantee success if you follow our steps. This program is designed for ALL fitness levels to decrease your risk of injury and maximize results. Once you’ve opted in, you’ll be partnered with a coach and receive a handbook that leads you through 3 different phases of:
- Fitness Assessments and Measurements
- Easy to Follow Food Journaling
- Workout/Class Checklists and Homework
In addition, Fitness 805 will be providing 3 classes per week that include cardio, resistance, and yoga to completely optimize your experience.
3. How long do I have to decide if I want to opt-in?
Please opt-in by 4:00pm on Wednesday, January 3rd to ensure all required materials are available by the program’s start date.
4. Is there a prize for completing the program?
More than just improving your health and lifestyle, you will receive a 1 hour massage if you complete the program! Completing the program means attending at least 2 classes per week, taking part in 3 physical assessments, and completing your food journals.
5. When do I start?
Scheduled classes with your coach will begin on Monday, January 8th and assessments will be held on Tuesday, January 9th.
6. How do I schedule my check-ins?
You will be contacted by Fitness 805 via email on Tuesday, January 4th to schedule your first assessment.
7. When and where are the classes?
Beginning Monday, January 8th, our schedule is:

8. Can I still attend the classes if I don’t opt-in to the transformation program?
Yes! We encourage all employees to attend all of the workouts.
