Give your kids the gift of fitness! This fitness activity is designed to help school-age children get in shape for team or individual sports, or simply help them meet their life fitness goals. Training is tailored to individual needs whether it's to build cardiovascular conditioning, sports performance, weight loss, self esteem or to begin the “healthy habit of exercise.” Exercise for children has to be FUN, non threatening, exciting and varied. This program will emphasize what your child is most interested in: running, swimming, weight training, plyometrics, balance, agility, speed, endurance, or just looking and feeling better. The main emphasis is allowing children to find the joy of regular exercise, feeling good, and being fit.
