In years past, it was common for women to adopt a more sedentary lifestyle during pregnancy, often times refraining from physical activity for the ensuing nine months. Today, it is common knowledge that exercise can positively impact a woman’s body to better prepare her for birthing process as well as aid in swift recovery after the delivery. Some health concerns associated with improper exercise during pregnancy are back pain, increased body temperature, reduced blood and oxygen flow to the fetus, and the effects the hormone relaxin has on the women’s joints.
We specialize in designing safe and effective Pre and Post Natal programs for new mothers and mothers-to-be, taking into account the specific needs at each stage of pregnancy or recovery. Our workouts are tailored to provide both mom and baby with optimal comfort through professional and personal program design.
