Kathy brings together a lifetime of involvement with fitness and competitive sports in her approach to exercise. Through individual assessment she integrates her clients specific needs into a fun and balanced program, while guiding them to positive results.
Combining Santa Barbara’s opportunity for year-round outdoor exercise, from beach runs to hikes in the foothills, along with strength and core training, Kathy is dedicated to helping her clients enjoy the inherent benefits of fitness and the resulting sense of self-renewal.
My husband and I moved to Santa Barbara just a few years ago from the Bay area. After joining the athletic club, I tried working with several personal trainers, but something was always missing.
Then I found Kathy. She is by far the best trainer I've ever worked with. She is extremely professional but at the same time fun and energetic. Kathy constantly challenges me with new exercises and focuses on the areas where I think need it most. Thanks to her I have never felt stronger.
