Biography:
Personally devoted to a lifetime of fitness, I strive to share my passion for health with others. Currently in my tenth year of training, I enjoy educating my clients about living healthy and feeling great. I have been fortunate to watch clients adopt healthy lifestyles and live more enriched lives. My success stories range from children who once led sedentary lifestyles and now enjoy the benefits of fitness to senior citizens building confidence in their balance and strength again. In 2006, my experience and passion for health led me to develop a company called Fitness 805.
Seeing the need for quality health care professionals, Fitness 805 connects individuals with the most appropriate professionals. As president of Fitness 805, I can now reach more people to educate on the importance of health. This devotion has landed me recognition in numerous publications regarding my expertise within the fitness industry.
I currently hold certifications through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and the International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA), and my past work experiences are extensive. I have provided personal training services for clients around the world and have worked as a personal trainer for the following establishments: Four Seasons Biltmore Resort, Santa Barbara, the Coral Casino Beach Club and Cabana, Santa Barbara, and the Santa Barbara Athletic Club.
My personal training programs are detailed to help any individual attain their fitness goals. These specialized programs incorporate many forms of exercise focusing primarily on core stability, balance training and strength training. These beneficial forms of exercise decrease the risk of injury and help the body to physiologically function better. This, in turn, leads to healthier living and increased confidence.
Most importantly, I make working out enjoyable and I guarantee results to those who commit to making a difference in their lives.
